Where are the products made?
All products are made to order by our partner print workshops, based in Europe and the United States. Each item is produced only when you place an order — no overstock, minimal footprint.
How long does delivery take?
Production: 2-5 business days, already included below. Delivery: 5-15 business days in total (EU/UK/USA/Canada) or 14-26 business days (rest of world). See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Can I return my order?
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Write to contact@mysxm.store and return the items unworn and unwashed within 14 days of that notice. Beyond the statutory period we accept returns up to 30 days after receipt, as a commercial guarantee that adds to your legal right. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we replace or refund it in full, return postage included.
What currencies do you accept?
We display prices in EUR (EUR) and USD ($). Prices are set independently per currency — no live conversion. You can switch currency in the header.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe with 3D Secure authentication. We never store your card details.
Can I book a sailing charter?
Absolutely. Kharim and Sophie run private charters aboard Zéphyr (Bali 4.1 catamaran) from Saint-Martin. Visit catamaranzephyr.com to check availability and book.
